Partner Engineer, Applied AI

Partner Engineer on the Applied AI team, helping partners and customers design, build, and ship production agent systems on the LangChain ecosystem — LangGraph for orchestration, LangSmith for evaluation and observability.

What I Do

• •Partner with AI-native companies and enterprises to architect production-grade agent systems, taking use cases from prototype through reliable deployment
• •Build reference architectures and demos on LangGraph and LangSmith that show partners how to orchestrate, evaluate, and observe multi-step agent workflows
• •Drive technical enablement — workshops, integration guides, and hands-on sessions that accelerate partner adoption of the LangChain stack
• •Develop integrations connecting LangChain tooling with partner platforms, models, and data sources (RAG pipelines, tool calling, MCP)
• •Serve as a technical bridge between partners and LangChain product/engineering, surfacing real-world feedback that informs the roadmap
